Study On The Loan Risk Assessment Method Of Expressway Project

Highway project is a national infrastructure of an important part, to stimulate the development of the national economy is very important role, also for the development of the national economy has certain marking significance. At present, our country's road traffic is still tense, people's life rhythm is accelerating, leading to the social demand for the highway is more and more high, the pace of highway construction will also be accelerated. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the income and risk of the loans of the expressway project from banks or other financial institutions or individuals based on the lender's perspective.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, this paper analyzes the background and significance of this study, the relevant information on the risk management of highway project, the main research contents and methods.The second part,emphasis on the meaning and characteristics of the risk assessment of loan projects, assessment methods and related theory, to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper. Then combined with literature analysis and expert scoring method, preliminary identification of risk factors for highway projects, combined with further screening, selection of highway project loan risk evaluation index, establish risk assessment system, the core elements of the influence of highway loan project risk and political risk, economic risk, construction risk, market risk and operational risk. The third part specific binding Deshang highway to Xiajin section loan project as a case, to each risk weights were calculated and ranked, analysis of various factors of the project loan risk impact value. The fourth part puts forward the risk response and handling measures of highway project. The fifth part is the summary and outlook of the full paper according to the case.
