There is a big gap between the industries in China.By industry categories, the average wage in our country is the highest in the industry relative to the average wage of the lowest industry multiples more than 4 times, far more than the level of developed countries and some developing countries.High wage gap between the industry is an important source of China's total wage gap is too large. In 1988,1995,2002,2007 and 2013 China Household Income Project Data analysis found that,if not considering the differences in the level of human capital in different industries, the gap between the industry wage gap in 1988 and 1995 was 3%,after 2002 rose to10%.If considering the differences in the level of human capital in different industries,in 1988 and 1995,the contribution of the wage gap to the overall wage gap between urban residents decreased by about 1%,after 2002 decreased by about 4%.This shows that the difference of the level of human capital in different industries is an important reason for the wage gap between industries. The paper also found that the impact of high human capital characteristics on the wage gap between urban residents and urban residents has been declining since 2002.The paper then uses the industry summary data of the public statistical yearbook to sum up the characteristics of the wage gap in our country. The wage gap between our country has been rising since 1988,reaching the maximum value in 2008,and then began to fall. This paper considers it very interesting to find. The National Bureau of statistics has been released, the gap between the income gap of our country began to decline from 2009.There must be some connection between the two.Further analysis shows that in 2008 the average wage growth rate in the high wage industries is higher than the low wage industries, while the average wage growth rate in low wage industries is higher than that in 2008.This aspect is because of the financial crisis, the average wage growth rate of high wage industry is slowing down;on the other hand is due to the changes in the structure of the labor market, especially the low human capital characteristics of the labor market, which makes the low human capital characteristics of higher wages and higher human capital characteristics. This paper further analyzes the gap between the industry and the industry after2007,mainly due to the difference of human capital in different industries. After controlling the difference of human capital in different industries, there is no obvious difference in the wage gap between different years. In this paper,we find that the influence of the ownership of the enterprise is still expanding. This reminds us that weneed to further analyze the impact of the industry wage gap,and observe the impact of reasonable and unreasonable factors on its overall impact. In the end,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the system of wage system, improve the labor market, increase investment in education and optimize the allocation of human capital.
