High Quality Agricultural Products Quality Traceability And Trading Information System Construction

In recent years, the agricultural product quality safety accident occurred frequently, many experts and scholars believe that the construction of farm produce safety system is very important. Agricultural products quality traceability system information,through agricultural products "from field to table" of all the information display, is considered as an important means to fundamentally solve the problem of agricultural products quality. Throughout the domestic and foreign agricultural product traceability system, the system builders are mainly the government, agricultural production enterprises and the third party service providers, etc.System the main function of this system is to achieve a single enterprise and product basic information query function. However at present, our country at this stage, the quality and safety of agricultural products are losing consumer confidence, and the public are seriously dissatisfactory for the function and authenticity of agricultural products traceability system built by the government and enterprises. if the use of social forces to further improve agricultural product traceability system management system has become the first urgency.This thesis mainly studies from the following five aspects:(1) through summarizing the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in agricultural quality information traceability system, analyzing the function and structure of the existing systems from a technical point of view, analyzing the main bodies(government, enterprise, consumers) related to agricultural products traceability from the aspects of motivation, costs and benefits, summarizing the existing traceability system from the aspects of legal system, the quality risk management, credit reputation of agricultural products traceability system from the aspects of mechanisms,this paper generalizes the window, commonness and disadvantages of agricultural product quality information traceability system.(2) summering,analyzing and comparing the agricultural products quality supervision system based on different main bodies,discussing the feasibility of building high quality agricultural products traceability system and the the trading system dominated by industry associations from the perspective of information economics and on the basis of asymmetric information,market failure, government failure and willingness failure.(3) through the form of a questionnaire survey to investigate consumer demand for high quality agricultural products, the willingness to establish the traceability system of farm products, the satisfaction degree of the existing agricultural product quality information access, etc. to provide practical reference for ideas of trading system and the high quality agricultural products traceability information.(4) through the systematic analysis and summary of TITM agricultural product traceability trading platform,combining with the characteristics of agricultural products, this paper designs high quality agricultural products quality traceability information and transaction system plan and build a high-quality agricultural products traceability and the trading system framework based on industry association.(5) developing and testing the system to achieve high quality agricultural products quality information query, enterprise information management, purchases of agricultural products and other functions.Studies have found that the vast majority of consumers were very unsatisfied about existing channels of knowing about agricultural products quality information.Consumers want to buy high quality agricultural products but lack trust-able information channels and sufficient information.At the same time, most respondents hope traceability system platform also achieve the function of all e-commerce at the same time. This article designs a high quality agricultural products traceability and trading systems in view of the current consumer’s growing demand for high quality agricultural products and the advanced experience of agricultural products quality information traceability system at home and abroad for reference. This paper put forward the construction of high quality agricultural products traceability system and trading platform and there are mainly two marked characteristics: First, agricultural product industry association is the main construction body of agricultural product quality traceability system, maximally solving the problem of asymmetric information in the field of agricultural production and business operation; Second, at the same time of giving convenience for to consumers to check agricultural products quality information,this platform can realize the function of one-stop shopping. The design and implementation of this system provides a new exploration direction for the development of high quality agricultural product quality information traceability system in China,, haing certain social and economic value.
