Research On Comprehensive Risk Management Of Airlines Of China

With the development of society and economy, risks enterprises facing are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, risk management is gradually changing from the traditional stage to comprehensive risk management stage.Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2007,more and more people recognized the importance of risk management.In order to strengthen the level of risk management of enterprises,in 2006 China SAC released the risk management guidelines of central enterprise.In 2008 five ministries(including the Ministry of Finance,Securities Regulatory Commission,Bank Regulatory Commission,Insurance Regulatory Commission and Audit Administration) join-tly issued the basic standards of internal control, and then in 2010 issued the support-ing guidelines for the basic standards of internal control.It is not difficult to find that either from their own point of view or from the perspective of external supervision, ri-sk management are subject to a high degree of attention.The paper summarizes the comprehensive risk management theory,and pays attention to the depth analysis about the concept of comprehensive risk management. Then it classifies the risks faced by the airlines,and analyzes the status quo of the comprehensive risk management of China's airlines from the five elements of comprehensive risk management system and the advanced risk management experience of foreign major airlines.Finally,this paper tries to reconstructed the comprehensive risk management syste-m of China's airlines.
