Research On The Efficiency Of Internet Financial Service Firms In China

In recent years, the research on the efficiency of Internet financial firms has gradually become a new field of financial institution performance evaluation. The evaluation based on the traditional financial index has gradually replaced by the efficiency to evaluate. In this paper, based on financial services firms, firstly, the efficiency of the I Internet financial firms is studied, and the efficiency value of the 13 listed Internet financial service enterprises in China is analyzed by using stochastic frontier analysis(SFA). Based on the empirical results, this paper focuses on the Internet based enterprise itself as a starting point to study the efficiency of Internet banking service enterprises and their impact factors.Through browsing and combing the relevant literature, this paper summarizes two kinds of efficiency research methods, stochastic frontier analysis(SFA) and data envelopment analysis(DEA), and summarizes the advantages of the stochastic frontier analysis(SFA) method with respect to the data envelopment analysis(DEA),and selects the SFA model to measure the efficiency of data from 2010-2014 of 13 Internet financial service firms. The model results show that the efficiency of Internet banking services in China is increasing, and the efficiency of different enterprises is different.According to the empirical results of Internet financial service firms efficiency values,the paper factors of Internet financial service firm efficiency analysis from the Internet financial service firms' profitability, innovation and net assets of three aspects.We find that the management ability and innovation ability have a positive role in promoting the efficiency of an Internet financial service firm, innovation ability of most, followed by the management ability.
