In China, with the rapid development of the securities market, the condition of the securities assets management business has become increasingly mature. Especially after the CSRC securities allow companies who have innovation to carry out the collective asset management business, it has to do with proprietary, brokerage,underwriting business to become the main revenue source. As one form of the asset management business, Collective asset management business, which has contributed the most for securities companies' income in asset management business, has caught more and more attention.From the first collective management plan from the broker released by Ever Bright securities, companies came to launch a collection of personalized financial plan. It has become an integral part of financial securities market products at present. The core part of the collective asset management products is marketing promotion, managers through multiple channels of publicity, professional management and combine various influencing factors so as to form effective marketing plan.At first, this paper introduces the T brokerage collection asset management business,and points out the present situation and existing problems of this company, and further illustrate the necessity of the marketing strategies about this business. For the specific problems of T Company's collective asset management plan, it gives corresponding marketing strategy recommendations. Finally, it is conducted that T company should integrate their resource for the further development of collection plan and make it become the foundation of the new profit growth point of the company. Since T Company is the typical, for other securities to seize the opportunity of rapid development, which provide some reference value for constantly products marketing system.
