Complex equipment is composed of many subsystems and components, including a large number of different technical fields, the intersection between different disciplines, the system development process is strong, the success rate is low. As the mainstream production mode, the " main manufacturer-supplier" cooperation makes each partner in this intersection situation won a greater competitive advantage. However, due to the type and amount of the suppliers involved in the collaborative process are all too large, the relationship between the main manufacturers is complex,the project completion time delay, spare parts quality problems will bring huge losses to the entire supply chain, therefore, the collaborative development level of risk management has become one of the main determinants of success for a research activity. Risk control is the final and the most key link in the process of risk management. There are numerous of main bodies involved in the coordinated process, among them, the task of the main manufacturers have a direct docking and collaborative communication with the strategic suppliers, the strategic suppliers plays an decisive role in collaborative research task, the main manufacturers have greater reliance towards strategic suppliers than other suppliers, therefore, the risk control behavior of strategic suppliers is more important for the whole research activity.Based on the complex equipment coordinated development, take the potential technology, capital,production and management risk, which caused by the subjective initiative of resource investment, as the research object. Based on the landmark event, this paper discussed the risk control problem in the collaborative process from two aspects of risk control optimization and risk control incentive. This paper clarified the characteristics of complex equipment coordinated development, the main body.Based on the collaborative relationship between each milestone, this paper revealed the framework of complex equipment coordinated development. Based on the traditional concept and classification of risk, this paper redefined the concept of complex equipment coordinated development risk,characteristics, studies the evolution laws, and risk. Considering the cooperation between the main manufacturer and strategic supplier, combining the theory of principal-agent, the risk control is discussed. Based on the collaborative relationship between each milestone, risk transfer function is designed; the risk optimization model is build. Under the condition of asymmetric information, the incentive model of sharing the cost for strategic supplier is build. Under the situation of realizing risk optimized degree, this paper studied cost sharing for the main manufacturers, the resources investmentof strategic supplier for risk control optimization, Based on the series values of risk sensitive coefficient and profit distribution proportion, through numerical simulation, this paper analyzed the effect that sensitivity coefficient and the ratio of profit distribution made on cost sharing, resources investment and risk optimization.
