And establish the strategic position of outsourcing.2) To solve the manufacture outsourcing plant selection problem, one selection process is created in this thesis based on AHP system. And it can help company to choose the best manufacture outsourcing plant, even to keep the process stable and standard.3) To solve manufacture outsourcing plant selection problem in FPT, one precise solution was made in this thesis.
