Corporate strategy is to study the major issues in a competitive environment, survival and development of the overall situation and long-term perspective, is a key determinant of business success. SX company is an amino acid and related derivatives products for the main business of the raw material drug production enterprises, the overall goal is to enter the next six amino acid raw materials industry in the forefront of the world, under the face of complex competitive environment and tremendous development pressure, the development of scientific development strategy and strengthen strategic management is very important. This paper aims to SX six years the company's future development strategy research, hoping to provide strategic decision-making reference for corporate decision-making management SX and SX help build the company's development strategy management system, but also hope to provide some kind of strategic management of enterprise reference.In this paper, the basic theory and method of reference of strategic management research, mainly competitive five forces model and value chain model ? Michael Porter(Michael Porter) proposed external factor evaluation matrix(External Factor Evaluation Matrix, referred to EFE matrix), internal factors evaluation matrix(Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, referred IFE matrix), Ken Andrews(Kenneth R.Andrews) proposed SWOT analysis, strategic position and action evaluation matrix(Strategic Position and Action Evaluation Matrix, referred SPACE matrix) and other relevant theoretical and analytical tools, combined with the actual situation and statistical analysis methods integrated research enterprise.Firstly, using five forces model, EFE matrix SX the external environment facing the company include industry trends and the competitive environment, external opportunities and threats, external critical factors are analyzed in detail, drawn SX in the use of external opportunities and avoid external the risk of not doing a good conclusion; then use the value chain model, IFE matrix SX internal environment facing the company internal resources, core competencies, internal strengths and weaknesses, key internal factors include a detailed analysis of its results Internal strategic position above the industry average of conclusions; secondly using SWOT model, SPACE matrix respectively SX's strategic combination has been studied, two methods have come to SX corporate strategy is the implementation of the optimal combination of leading growth strategies; then SX combined with the company's corporate vision describes the three strategic objectives, namely raw ram group strategy, multi-market strategy, business strategy and other cross-border, and development strategies specific quantitative index was calculated. Finally, how to ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of the company's development strategy SX, in seven aspects of enterprise organizational structure, human resources, mergers and acquisitions and corporate culture put forward a number of specific safeguards.
