Research On Influential Relationship Between Construction Of Grassroots Group And Enterprises Development

The situation of grassroots group construction plays important role in the development of enterprises. Through research on influential relationship between construction of grassroots group and enterprises development, this paper intends to figure out key points and shortcomings in the construction of grassroots group in order to provide good theories and practical support for enterprises development.Basing on perspective of development of enterprise grassroots group construction, this paper built structural equation model that suits the influential relationship between construction of grassroots group and enterprises development. This model was divided into two parts, one is to research on causal influential relationship between construction of grassroots group and enterprises development; the other is to make this topic research basing on three influential factors of effective communication, incentive mechanism and management by objectives. This research put forward 16 hypotheses, which were empirically verified by SPSS and AMOS software. The empirical analysis data were mainly based on questionnaire to process descriptive statistics analysis and validity and reliability test. Finally, all of the 16 hypotheses were valid.According to test and analysis on model, this paper also brought countermeasures to consolidate and improve relationship between construction of grassroots group and enterprise development from six aspects, including defining group construction types, clearly defining team members' role, building responsibility system of grassroots group, building perfect communication system, building study-type grassroots group and consolidating construction of group culture. This research has a guiding significance to group construction.
