The Development Pattern, Problems And Countermeasures Of Dahuangbu Village, Qingdao City, Shandong Province

“Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area” is a quite serious problem in the society and economy in China right now. Farmers, who are the carriers connect between agriculture and rural area, play a pretty significant role among them. Although there is a huge success in the development of Chinese rural area, according to it's not easy to execute the management policy in rural area; they don't have the good basic conditions; farmer' education level is not high enough and there is few method for farmers to increase their income, the development of Chinese rural area does exist some problems such as: rationality problems and proportionality problems. With a fast development of economy and society in China, some of the problems become more and more serious recently. It would even impact development of the country if they cannot be solved in time. So, concluding the development of Chinese rural area in the past and at present would be pretty important for us to learn how to get a better improvement the rural area's development in the future.This article tries to state all the development stages of Chinese rural area after the establishment of People's Republic of China, concluding the schema of Chinese rural area. And according to these conclusions, combining with the basic situations; industrial structure and development advantage of Dahuangbu village, via different methods like: investigate and survey in Dahuangbu village; literature reviews and comparing, finally conclude the development patterns of Dahuangbu village. This article summarized Dahuangbu village's four main methods which help them be successful, 1. Using the advantage of their human resources; 2. Focus in developing the primary sector; 3. Using several different methods to develop; 4. Implementing the construction of residential community stoutly. This article also indicate three main problems in Dahuangbu village, 1. Unbalanced age structure; 2. Decreasing of grain output; 3. Environment pollution. And this article further analysed the reason why these problems exist and the method to solve them. This article put forward the village should reform on the agriculture supply side, keep developing agriculture, pay more attention to the development of informatization and village travel and accomplishing the common development of agriculture, industry and service industry. Finally, putting forward traditional agricultural region in northern China, should to do a better plan and construction between city and village, fast cultivating new agriculture items, improving those policies about making benefits to farmers and boosting the creation of rural area's economic service these fours suggestions to the related policies. What's more, it hopes that this article could also be helpful for the agriculture's policy making in the future besides being helpful for Dahuangbu village only.
