Lean logistics is using lean thinking, according to the whole value stream to determine all the necessary steps and activities of supply, production and distribution products from the perspective of system; Aimed at creating a no detour, no reflux, no wait, no interruption of value-added activity stream.In recent years, the lean logistics as an important way to "improve the efficiency and reduce cost" and "improve the cigarette level" of the tobacco commercial enterprise, has received the unprecedented attention to the industry stakeholders; many tobacco commercial enterprise in mountainous area also began to take various measures to improve their ability of lean logistics, but restricted by their terrain, traffic, and climate, these enterprises has the problem of higher logistics, lagging concept and infrastructure of lean logistics, and staff professional quality is not high, the lean logistics construction is often with little success.Tobacco commercial enterprise in mountainous area,therefore, must dig a conforms to the characteristic of the lean logistics development way, it needs to understand the current construction of lean logistics of enterprise, and evaluate the lean logistics construction level to identify, correct and perfect the construction of enterprise lean logistics.This paper adopts comparative method, inductive method, survey method and other methods, by investigating the present situation of the lean logistics in mountainous tobacco commercial enterprise, analyzing the logistics operation of the different mountain tobacco commercial enterprise, The author has summarized the existing problems and common features of these enterprise and has analyzed the influence factors of the lean logistics evaluation of the mountain tobacco commercialenterprise, through the consulting literature and listening to expert advice and referencing the logistics standard of tobacco industry, The author has established "logistics cost management, logistics operations management, logistics quality assurance system, the logistics team construction" as the main index of the evaluation index system, and determine the scoring criteria of each index,using AHP method to determine index weight, gives the calculation method of grading, adopt the method of decision tree reverse trace to analysis the evaluation results. Finally based on Tongren tobacco company as research object,using the established evaluation system for lean logistics of tobacco Enterprises in mountainous area to assess their construction level of lean logistics, then according to the result to judge the problems existing in the lean logistics construction of enterprises, so as to "suit the remedy to the case", put forward the corresponding solutions.
