Research On The Evaluation System Of Tobacco Lean Logistics Cost

The logistics of tobacco commercial enterprises has realized the shift from tobacco industrial enterprises to retail customers. Although it has developed rapidly, it is still in the extensive management stage. The high profits of cigarette sales often cover up the defects in management. How to improve the level of logistics management of tobacco commercial enterprises, and to reduce the cost of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. With the deepening of the concept of lean management, how to regulate the development of lean logistics management in the whole industry becomes more and more important. In recent years, the tobacco business enterprises in the country with information technology, automation and other advanced science and technology, most of the work has achieved efficient operations, efficient management; in management, the basic implementation of the local city, the field management, the establishment of strict rules and regulations for the lean management has laid a good foundation. However, after all these mentioned above, we found that most of the current management evaluation system, evaluation of mechanical single, lack of flexibility, resulting in evaluation system can not be used as a powerful tool to guide the development of enterprises. With the continuous development of information technology, intelligent analysis of large data to solve the complex data collection, analysis, evaluation provides a powerful tool. Lean logistics evaluation system on the one hand, as a basis for evaluation and assessment, on the other hand will guide enterprises to find problems, and can be resolved in a timely manner.The author based on the situation of Shandong Province, found that most of the current management and evaluation system of the enterprise has a lot of problems, which can not be a good guide to find the problem, and lean thinking is not used in the evaluation system. This paper combines theory with practical research methods quantitative and qualitative analysis of the logistics cost as the research object first use VSM value flow analysis of tobacco commercial enterprise storage sorting and distribution management of the city of Victoria to optimize the value flow chart after the establishment of the "Fourth Ring" four levels of lean logistics cost evaluation index system based on the principal component analysis method to determine the index scoring method followed by the decision tree theory based on the decision tree theory. The final implementation of the tobacco business enterprise lean logistics cost evaluation index system can help enterprises to achieve man-machine efficiency, cost collection, accounting, and automatic scoring; to help enterprises find logistics short board, and provide improvement countermeasures.This paper mainly in two ways to achieve innovation, the first is the innovation in research methods, the existing theoretical results on the evaluation index system construction is the use of qualitative research methods, and this paper is based on quantitative research methods, combined with qualitative method, making the research results more scientific and reasonable. Secondly, this paper introduces the lean thinking and quota management methods into the cost evaluation system, the existing evaluation index system is mostly rough, single, can not be quantified, and the evaluation index system in this paper is refined to the four level, emphasizing the management of fine, quantitative.
