With the bank stock system reform, the competition between banks is more and more incentive, and the performance of the bank depends largely on the effort level of employee, their tone of voice and behavior will affect the customer satisfaction.. A study shows that when the internal staff satisfaction is high, they will show a positive attitude in the service, so as to enhance customer satisfaction, but also to enhance the competitiveness of the bank. At present, many bank managers have taken measures to improve the employee satisfaction and enhance competitiveness.However, due to the current development of China's banking industry is not mature, managers can not accurately identify the factors that effectively improve the satisfaction of the staff, resulting in the effect of the bank's incentive measures. Therefore, this paper takes a commercial bank in Tianjin as an example, analyzes the influence factors of the satisfaction of the banking industry by the way of questionnaire survey.On the basis of other scholars' research, combined with the characteristics of a commercial bank in Tianjin, this paper will affect the employee satisfaction factors into six categories: interpersonal relationship, work itself, career development, work environment, leadership behavior, compensation and benefits. Through questionnaire and data analysis this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) employees because of the gender, age, position, title, working time of the different factors on the importance of different factors.(2) the importance of the factors that influence the satisfaction of employees from the big to small is: interpersonal factors, job itself, career development, work environment, leadership, pay and benefits. In order to improve employee satisfaction, the author puts forward the following suggestions: improving the performance appraisal system, optimizing the system of paid leave, establishing flexible and diverse welfare system, optimizing the employment mechanism, making the employee career planning, providing reasonable training, insisting on people-oriented management concept, strengthening employee recreational activities, restraint and incentive.
