Based on the ideas of lean management to construct the supplier system, can improve enterprise competitiveness, to ensure sustainable and healthy development of the enterprises.DAE is the first enterprise with the manufacturing technology of engine, manual transmission and automatic transmission in China. In order to adapt to the new situation of the production works, DAE also in promoting lean production management way, and has achieved good effect at the scene of the production. But in other management areas, such as: sales, purchasing, research and development departments are not effectively to promote lean management, lean management did not implement in the whole value stream. But there are still have problem like no periodic, unreasonable structure of systematic planning, supplier structure is not reasonable, supplier system risk management and strategic management mechanism is not sound, etc in the supplier system of DAE. In order to adapt to the new car industry development environment, DAE must improve its supplier system of lean management mode, and find a supplier system suitable to the application of lean management implementation way.This article take the DAE's supplier system to establish lean management model and implementation approach as the research object, Through the method of component classification and grade of supplier management, coupled with the product life cycle theory, construct the multi-dimensional supplier base management strategy model. Based on the theory model, this article expounds the DAE supplier system implementing lean management way, and the path to safeguard measuresThe main content of this article is divided into the following several parts: first, the concept of lean management, theoretical development and the domestic research status are introduced. Secondly, analyze the DAE supplier system development course, present situation and existing problems, and overall design the lean management mode for the DAE supplier system in the macro level. Then, elaborates the implementation way of the lean management for the DAE supplier system in the micro level.
