In recent years, Chinese exhibition market has being growing in high-speed.However, with the advent of the era of new media, information transparency, information explosion and excessive bring huge impact to the present exhibition company. In this environment, customer relationship management has huge impact on the entire service industry. For exhibition industry, the condition of customer relationship management(CRM) truly determines whether customers can bring high value to the enterprise.Theref ore, in the context of changes brought by the new media, it is vital to better manage customer relationship to adapt to the change of environment and more actively use of new media technology platform.Newspapers, magazines, televisions and broadcast etc.traditional media used to be applied in traditional customer relationship management of exhibition enterprises. Since the exhibition and convention industry typically relies on the information gathering and information dissemination, the application of new media tools such as We Chat, weibo, mobile terminal official website, online community, digital marketing technology etc can accelerate the development of exhibition companies. Some exhibition enterprises are not aware that the application of new media tools and technology can better meet the customer's individual needs and avoid the loss of customers. So it is very important to explore the customer relationship management in the environment of new media, which is very important to the exhibition company an d whole exhibition industry.In this article, investigations are made on the development of China and int'l exhibition enterprises through method of market survey, quantitative and qualitative analysis, questionnaire. The article specially focus on investigation in the environment on new media. And this paper summarize the present situation of EASTPO and problems of customer relationship management. By the analysis of these problems, this paper find out the solution of problems and summarize the strategy of application of new media in CRM of exhibition industry to realize better customer value, satisfy client need and enhance customer satisfaction.
