Research Of Impact On Cost By Shipbuilding Engineering Change

Ship construction project has many characteristics, such as long-term, complexity,dynamics. Engineering change may occurred because of the uncertain factors in the process of building. When changes occur, many problems such as the increase of the rework time,the repetitive recipients of materials, the assembled components which is scrapped, the disruption of the production schedule and the disorder of the production plan, may directly cause the cost out of control and schedule delays. Therefore, this article attempts to sort out the incentives of shipbuilding engineering change, then establishes a cost model on shipbuilding engineering change based on BP neural network, and find out the relationship between incentives and the cost of change, which will contribute to ship quotation and the evaluation of change cost for shipbuilding enterprises.First of all, this article analyzes the incentives of shipbuilding engineering change on the bases of from the perspective of cost management, sort out the impact on the cost of change items, and reflect to the concrete project of cost accounting. The second, this article establishes a cost model on shipbuilding engineering change based on BP neural network, in this paper, using the data of project has been built, a network is established which can reflect the relationship between incentives and the cost of change, then we can forecast the change of cost caused by engineering change in a new project. Thirdly, we collect lots of engineering change data of 50 76000 T ships, using MATLAB software to carry on the simulation of the model, and forecast the change of cost caused by engineering change in a new project. All of this is to verify the validity of the model. Finally, based on the simulation results, this article put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and wish what the article have referable significance for shipbuilding enterprises to strengthen the change management.
