| With the social transformation and the economic development, the new generation of migrant workers has gradually become an important factor in the development of the industry in our country. While we are building a harmonious socialist society and planning for an urban-rural development, the new generation of migrant workers has become the focus of us from all walks of life. What’s more, their sense of happiness in work is now a popular subject of the academic research. Based on the survey and the data of the new generation of migrant workers working in part of the manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan, the index system of the sense of happiness in work has been set up. And with the methods of factor analysis and vague synthesize rating, we’ve evaluated the sense of happiness in work of the new generation migrant workers of the manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan.While analyzing and sorting out documents at home and abroad about the sense of happiness and the new generation migrant workers, this thesis has also identified the relevant theories and conceptions and analyzed their characteristics and the current situations. On the basis of previous literature review, we’ve confirmed the principle of the index system of new generation migrant workers’ working happiness. Through the interviews and data analysis, the primary happiness index system together with the corrections has been built. The evaluation of their sense of happiness is made by the methods of factor analysis and vague synthesize rating.In this paper, 22 indexes have been confirmed, including wages, working environment, working intensity, leisure time and so on. They are from 5 aspects, namely work, organization, individual, society and family. And according to how much happiness they bring to the migrant workers, the scores they get are 3.3106 points, 3.2255 points, 3.2747 points, 3.3532 points, 3.1785 points, and the comprehensive working happiness score is3.2685 points.That is to say the migrant workers working happiness level remains to be further improved. Finally this thesis Will emphatically provide the related countermeasures and the suggestions about the improvement of the working happiness of the new generation of migrant workers from the point of human resource management. |
