Allocation Strategy Improvement Application Research Of Export Products In Fmcg

With the rapid development of global economy, international cooperation constantly develops and expands in both depth and breadth. Globalization of production, globalization of supply chain gradually becomes the leading strategy of transnational corporation. But it brings more and more challenges while globalization brings more and more profits to transnational corporation. So how to better allocate the resource for getting competitive advantages and finally to be the winner of international competition, that has become the key for all transnational corporations.The thesis takes the process of export products allocation as research object to figure out the potential improving allocation strategy through process analysis. By establishing the simulation of Rockwell Arena to evaluate the effectiveness of potential strategies and compare all possible strategy to find out the most effective allocation strategy.Furthermore, the thesis included computer simulation, queuing theory, resources allocation theory and the special production pattern of M company(make to order and make to stock) and the software named Rockwell Arena. It took the analysis result of the allocation strategy from mostly fast moving consumer goods company as initiated, and came up with the improvement solution to M company.In the process of writing thesis, I mainly achieved below progress and results:Firstly, I got better understanding the allocation strategy in domestics FMCG companies after analyzed M company's current process. Based on M company's case, initiated some new idea of allocation strategy for FMCG companies.Secondly, Improved and standardized M company's process, and after simplifying some process, I achieved simulation for export process, and that proved to be effective.The third is that, based on major scheduling principles of resource allocation, I designed the allocation principle which adapts to M company's situation, finally found the most effective strategy for current situation, and which finally improved the export case fill fate without any additional investment.
