Development Of Forestry Industry In China After The Reform Of Collective Forest Right System

After the reform of collective forest right system,China’s forestry industry has a good development. This article describes the reform process,the effectiveness of the reform and current situation of the development of forestry industry after the reform of collective forest right system in China. It analyzes the contribution of the inputs and the industrial structure to the forestry industry by empirical method. Then it analyzes that the development of forestry industry in China still has some problems after the reform of collective forest right system,including investment and financing mechanisms are still not perfect,forestry science and technology level is not high,quality of labor force is generally low,forestry industrial structure is unreasonable,some shortages exist in reform of collective forest right system.Finally,it puts forward measures to promote the development of forestry industry in China aiming at the existing problems, including perfecting forestry investment and financing mechanism,establishing a diversified investment and financing channels;strengthening forestry science and technology innovation ability, improving the forestry scientific and technological achievements conversion rate; strengthening quality training, improving worker technical and management level;optimizing the industrial structure,cultivating strong leading enterprises; specification of collective forest rights circulation, further deepening the reform of collective forest right system.
