On the other hand, the results of demand analysis use to the system simulation model, and to measure the future relation between aviation material inventory and security of aviation material in XX airlines; Finally to establish aviation material inventory optimization model, it is meeting the security requirements and making the material takes up capital minimum. And to optimize the aviation material inventory, the optimized results applied to the determination of material inventory and the design of the building aviation materials warehouse, etc. It is concluded that the optimal inventory of each aviation materials and suitable area of building aviation material warehouse, etc.Combining with theoretical study and internship experience in aviation material department, for our country civil aviation related problems in aviation materials inventory management at present put forward the solution, it is not only for improving XX airlines aviation materials inventory management having realistic significance, also has certain guidance function for other airlines.
