Research On Evaluation System Of Adaptability Between General Aviation And Social Economic Development

As a strategic new industry, General aviation plays a key role in regional social economic development. With the rising domestically of general aviation,it has become a hot issue which attracts expert and scholar's attention. The establishment of a scientific evaluation system to evaluate the adaptability between general aviation and social economic development has an important significance to formulate general aviation development strategy in China.Proceeding from the study on the correlation between general aviation and economic development, this paper analyzes the characteristics and the social economic effects of general aviation by the system theories, and then the interaction mechanism between general aviation and the development of social economy is studied through Grainger causal relation model. According to the satisfaction degree of the social economic development, the article gives the definition of the adaptability between general aviation and social economic development according to the interaction mechanism of them, including four aspects of the total scale, economic contribution, service level and sustainable development. And then the paper establishes an evaluation system of the adaptability of the two. In the evaluation model, this paper use AHP-Entropy to determine the index weight and get the evaluation conclusion by nonlinear synthetic evaluation method. Finally, the paper conducts an empirical analysis on the adaptability between China's general aviation and the economic development, putting forward some suggestions based on this empirical analysis.
