As Chinese economy sees its fast development, the existing financial system cannot provide effective and timely financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises, agriculture, rural areas, farmers and low-income people, thus microfinance company emerges at the proper moment.Microfinance company, to some extent, can makes up the demands of capital turnover of these three entities mentioned above, and it broadens the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises, activates the local financial market, enriches local financial product type and improves product service.Microfinance company thereby provides personalized and differentiated financial services for customers.In recent years, under circumstances of effective policy guidance and broad market demands, microfinance industry grows quickly.However, as the further opening of our financial markets, the microfinance industry faced with a fierce competition and larger risks, hence, microfinance company should stress on the significance of future development strategy.This essay studies the actual development of Harbin Tiandi Co., Ltd and sets its development and competition strategies in the future.Firstly, based on correlate theory of management of enterprise development strategy, this essay analyzes internal environment, resource capacity, outer policy environment, peer circumstances and competitive structure of this company, then by using SWOT analytics, this essay makes an in-depth analysis of pros and cons of internal environment and opportunities and threats of external environment of the company, then defines the principle of formulating overall strategic objectives.On this basis, this essay sets strategic business objectives of Harbin Tiandi Co., Ltd in the next five years.In general, Harbin Tiandi Co., Ltd should seize the opportunity of external environment, give full play to its advantages,actively expand market, establish branch companies in each region and other provinces and cities and enhance brand popularity.At last, this essay proposes specific implementation tactics of strategy development, i.e.financing tactics, Human resources tactics, enhance marketdevelopment capacity and security risk control tactics.
