With the support of policies on reforming the medical industry, hospital is up against a good deal of opportunities and challenges. At present, as a phenomenon which is an obsession to the public, “difficult treating services”appeared in large-scale general hospital especially. With the improvement of scientific level, a lot of technology and products come into being aimed at optimizing hospital process. Based on the above factors, it is unavoidable to improve hospital information systems and bank settlement systems. In addition,the new product is able to storage messages even more and safer. No doubt, it is a seminal moment for hospital to cooperate with commercial bank.Besides, there is possibility that discovering multiple types of “cooperation between hospital and commercial bank”, just like development of electrical medium, particular requirement from the high-end customers, and support for private hospitals by the government.This paper analyzed the possibilities of optimizing large-scale general hospital process under the current medical system. First of all, the author generally introduced theory about marketing strategy which was popular with the present academic world. illustrated why and how the subject was researched,and summarized research status at home and abroad, along with the content and several approaches the paper used. Next, the paper illustrated correlative concept of marketing and some theories just like 4Ps,moreover,the paper summarized the development of financial marketing. What is more, in connection with the features and their problems of CCB and its Heilongjiang Branch, the paper made analysis of marketing.Ultimately, besides the specific situation of local medical market and the peers' innovation, the paper put forward some advice according to the demand of various customer groups as well. Based on current situation,some marketing strategy was drafted.
