The Research On The Relationship Between The Development Of Service Trade And Economic Growth In Xinjiang

With the rapid development of service industry on a global scale, international trade in services for various countries play a important part in promoting the economic efficiency and quality of the people. Service trade has developed into the worldwide research subject. Economic growth has been one of the core research question in the economics, especially in the field of macroeconomics. Factors that affect economic growth include labor, capital and technology from the aspects of supply and import,export,government spending,investment and consumption, et from the aspect of supply. Domestically, along with the rapid development of China's commodity trade and increasing trade friction problem since attending WTO, combined with China's long-standing resources by way of economic growth, domestic environmental and resource problem has deepened. So changing the mode of trade and economic growth as soon as possible is an urgent task, It depends on the development of trade in services.Xinjiang has many cities and regions that are active in foreign trade. At present, the city and region is facing the change of the way of economic growth and trade.. Further study of the current situation of service trade and economic growth in the region and the relationship has a great significance. It is conducive to promoting the development of service trade in the region.From the theory of trade and economic growth, this paper discusses the relationship between service trade and economic growth. It summarizes and analyzes the related theory of the relationship between service trade and economic growth, Then it illustrates the function of service trade on economic growth, including technical spillover effect and the human capital accumulation effect of path analysis. And on the basis of related literature and theory analysis,it has carried on the empirical analysis on the relationship between trade in services in the region of Xinjiang province and import and export and economic growth.Finally combined with the above analysis, it provided some relent research on how service trade promote economic growth in Xinjiang province and the tentative recommendations strategy for the development of Xinjiang.
