Construction solve the power problem in Aksu remote areas without electricity, the country is a political project, this is the care of the party and the country for Xinjiang ethnic minority areas. Parts of xinjiang harsh natural environment, grid radiation reach comprehensive cost is too high, such as the whole solution to farmers and herdsmen basic electricity, is the most important to solve problems.Because of special nature in which the regions, it was decided the project decision making will vary. The economic issues should be considered in Power construction, so this article Two Power-building programs were compared with the economic benefits and, ultimately, to make a choice program.In the paper, at first, to determine the attitude of the country for aksu in remote areas without electricity to take the plan, and at the policy level will offer certain help, the content of rural electric power construction project plays a very important supporting role. Second, by using scientific research methods, the establishment of index system, will find out the economic benefits of electric power project construction in remote area restriction factors, finally take the right measures eventually take proper countermeasures to minimize the impact of adverse factors. LTD in aksu region to carry out comprehensive analysis of the electric power construction project, household photovoltaic power generation system model with the traditional grid extension model of two construction schemes comparison. Third, in above the basis of scientific analysis, find out the project constraints, finally gives some opinions could be operated.
