Research On Coordinated Development Of Agriculrural Exports And Logistics In Hunan Province

Since Hunan is a major agricultural province and agriculture is the pillar industry, its agricultural exports is particularly important. But in recent years, there are many problems in Hunan agricultural products exports, such as the total amount of exports has increased with low speed, the export species hardly developed their own new varieties, and there are also no apparent increase in export countries and regions. In although exports have increased output value proportion is still very low, on the export species did not develop their own new products also slowly lose the original advantage, even no obvious increase export countries and regions. Exports of agricultural products will be influenced by a number of factors at all stages of the period, such as agricultural production conditions, currency exchange rates, foreign economic development, trade policy and national support for exports of agricultural products. This article will study agricultural exports from the prospective of logistics development, trying to make some policy recommendations for the promotion of agricultural exports.Based on panel data of Hunan province, this paper analyzes agricultural exports and logistics industry development course and current situation using collaborative theory as the research foundation and method. By using the coordination degree of compound system model to measure the degree of coordinated development from 1995 to 2013, the results show that the degree of coordinated development between the two industries is growing with small and volatile pace. That means the degree of coordinated development between agricultural exports and logistics industry of Hunan province is on the low side, which not only restricts the export of agricultural products, also has adverse effect on the development of logistics industry. This paper analyzes the dynamic effect between the degree of order in two industries, and the results show that there is significant effect between the logistics industry and agricultural products export, while the current logistics industry has positive influence to agricultural exports and lag issue exist negative influence. But the influence between order degree in logistics system and agricultural products export system is not significant, and it shows that the agricultural product export status in the national economy is low, and will not be able to have great influence on the logistics industry. Finally on the basis of the results of the analysis, the relevant policy recommendations are put forward to make contribution to agricultural products "going out" and the development of logistics industry in Hunan province.
