The Research About The Influential Factors Of Non-agriculturalization In The South Area Of Hebei Province

The non-agriculturalization of farmers is closely combined with the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, and it will be throughout the whole process.China's big population base,high proportion of rural population and less cultivated land determine that our country's urbanization is different from the urbanization of western countries.The focus of the urbanization is in the countryside,it requests us to attach great importance to the local transfer of agriculture surplus labor. This paper used Giddens theory of structural as guidance and used the method of structural interviews to interview the farmers of Luanxiecun.Through the study the author found that:First of all, the process of local non-agriculturalization in Luan xiecun is promoted by economy, system and so on, and restricted by individual and social factors.Second, the proportion of people in Luanxiecun who worked in the second and third industry is very high,the results of local non-agriculturalization are significant. Because the proportion of people who worked in non-agricultural industries is very high, the income of farmers grows generally.But because of the existence of individual differences, the villagers' income stratification structure will change.Third, the farmers professional status changed because of the flow from agricultural to non-agricontural industries.And it further influence their economic status and social status.The people in Luanxiecun lived on farming before, after the implementation of local non-agriculturalization, farmers join in the agricultural cooperatives, the land's planning and using under the village collective,collective land become farmers'equity, farmers no matter lived on farming have but relied on dividend income. Farmers have been completely get out from the land. The surplus labor force, a part of them who have the strong ability enter the enterprise to work,the other part who have the low ability work on greening, cleaning and so on.Each family has wage income,people's income increased significantly.Fourth, in the process of non-agriculturalization,genetic relationship and geographical relationship have not changed. In the process of non-agriculturalization,people people do not leave the country,genetic relationship and geographical relationship have not changed, the villagers still live in the social networks based on genetic and geographical relationship.The villagers still emphasize human feelings,relationships and faces.As a result,people don't have a high level of modernity.
