| Since 2014, Beijing municipality has put forward new requirements on urban strategy, endowed with new connotation of the capital function, put forward the new target for industry development from the strategic and whole consider. All the state-owned industrial enterprises in Beijing are facing an important issue, i.e., how to adjust, how to reform, and how to develop. As a major in chemical manufacture, BCIGC is meeting the same imminent task that is grasping the reforming strategic adjustment, overcoming the current difficulties, grasping the development opportunities, and ensure the company development sustainable and healthy.In this paper, the author firstly analyzed the reforming development strategy research status home and abroad, put forward the research emphasis, contents and methods, summarized the core competence theory, value chain theory, the smile curve theory. Secondly, used PEST analysis method, this paper analyzes the external environment, industry environment of BCIGC. From internal conditions perspective, analyzed the internal environment of BCIGC. Base on the comprehensive internal and external environment, used the method of SWOT, analyzed the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, through the establishment of QSPM matrix, and obtained the alternatives of the company reforming development strategy. Based on this, put forward the reforming formation development strategy of BCIGC. At last, provided some objectives and safeguard measures from perfecting corporate governance, organization structure matching, human resources, capital operation, enhance core competence and corporate culture to shape.Through the study of this paper, hoping BCIGC could formulate and implement the reforming development strategy, and Provide reference for the state-owned industrial enterprises in Beijing. |
