The Research On The Intellectual Property Management System Of SC Company

Intellectual property is not noly an important intangible property rights and important strategic resource, but also the most direct and most effective competitive weapon for the company. The SC company intellectual property management system is build in the paper from the current situation of SC company's intellectual property management,especially the existence problems, according to the idea of “theory researching- question proposing- problem analyzing- problem solving”,with integrated using the method combining theory with practice,qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The intellectual property management system is not only adapt to the development of SC company,but also promote the sustainable development of SC company.Based on the above ideas, this study is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction which mainly introduces the research background and significance, current research status, the paper's research ideas and method. The second part is the theory which expounds the basic concepts and theories of intellectual property management using the related theory knowledge and methods of management economic theory.The third part is the status quo in which the basic situation of SC company's intellectual property management is analyzed based on the research. There are four main problems in SC company, including the organization and management strength of intellectual property rights isweak, intellectual property strategy and system management is too passive,resource utilization and management strength of intellectual property is low, and the transformation of intellectual property rights achievements is not high. The fourth part of the design scheme which is put forward from intellectual property organization management system, the strategic management system, the performance management system and the value of intellectual property management system, according to the four main problems in the SC company's intellectual property rights management,combined with the company's actual. Especially, the performance management system of SC company is innovative research. The fifth part is the measures. In view of the practical problems, according to the design,implementation path and measures of SC company's intellectual property rights management system is proposed from the establishment of management organization, fostering intellectual property management culture, establishing evaluation system, strengthening the value realization channel and so on.
