Research On Affecting Factors Of Ecological Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation Centers

Nowdays,the world is undergoing a great development,change and adjustment period,world multi-polarization and economic globalization are developing in depth,changing the world pattern.Innovation becomes a core element of a country's comprehensive competitiveness and the main driving force for social economic development increasingly,while our country is faced with the dilemma of innovation capacity planning,which resulted in a certain gap in education,science and technology,economic and other aspects of the world's developed countries.Under this background,Hu Jintao proposed to " promote collaborative innovation,promote the combination of higher education and science and technology,economy,and culture actively " in Tsinghua University Centennial.The Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,following subsequently,launched the "2011 plan”,focusing on reform of mechanism and system in colleges and universities,to promote integration development of innovation elements between the internal and external innovation strength,and to establish collaborative innovation model and accelerate our innovation national construction.Given the construction of collaborative innovation centers are at an early stage,and the important role of innovation career played on China.It is necessary to explore our Collaborative Innovation Center and analysis its affecting factors of ecological mechanism.Based on innovative systems theory,ecological theory and coordination theory,first of all,the cases of eight national collaboration innovation centers of China's first batch of “2011 Plan” were analyzed,using grounded theory to collect data open coding,axial coding and selective coding,analyzing contributing factors of the ecological mechanism of collaborative innovation centers and through the theoretical saturation test.The conclusions show that innovation ecological environment,innovation security system,innovation ecological organization,innovation ecological dynamic and innovation ecological capability are major factors which affect the ecological mechanism of collaborative innovation centers.On this basis,the influence factors model of ecological mechanism of collaborative innovation centers in China was constructed.Secondly,based on the case studies and literature search,we propose hypothesis of this research and build an empirical research model.Through questionnaires to obtain empirical data to verify the relationship between "influence factors” and “innovation performance".It applies SPSS20.0 to conduct the questionnaire analysis.The questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,Finally,based on the case study and empirical research results,I put forward suggestions to improve the innovation performance.The innovation of this paper can be summarized as the following two aspects:(1)it analyzes the influence factors of the ecological mechanism of collaborative innovation centers by using exploratory multiple case study method and grounded theory.On this basis,the influence factors model of ecological mechanism of collaborative innovation centers in China was constructed.(2)Based on case studies and literature search,this paper proposes empirical research hypotheses.Through questionnaires to verify the relationship between the factors and the innovation performance,we get the conclusion that the influence factors and innovation performance have the significant positive correlation and the strength of relationship.It has important significance to improve the Collaborative Innovation Center innovation performance.In this paper,we use the qualitative case study method and empirical quantitative standardized research,drawing conclusions about the influence factors of the ecological mechanism of collaborative innovation centers,which have certain reference value for the construction of the centers.However,as the lack of diachronic comparative case studies and the limited number of samples and other reasons,so the paper needs further research.
