This article mainly analyzes the dividend distribution of Shanghai steel Union and combines with the actual situation of China's electricity industry, analyzing the characteristics of Shanghai steel's dividend distribution as well as the factors that influence the Shanghai steel Union unite dividend distribution by choosing from 2011 to 2014, Shanghai steel Union group of related data, and dividend distribution industry related data for the combination of theory and data analysis.The dividend distribution of Shanghai Steel Union has its rationality is worth learning, but also the deficiencies need to improve.
