Analysis Of HW Company's Internal Control Based On Internet Of Things

The rapid development of the Internet gave birth to many more advanced concepts and technology, internet of things is one of them. Within less than two decades, internet of things has gradually penetrated into many industries, intelligent transportation, intelligent logistics, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent health care etc. booming new industry is the best proof. Internet of things are changing our lives at an alarming rate, but it brings to all aspects of business opportunities as well as challenges existence, the internal control of companies are also subject to this impact.In this context, the internal control of company faces with the rapid rise of the internet of things, improving and promoting the existing system has become an imperative thing.Firstly this paper introduced case the internal control system of HW company in detail, and made analysis of what environmental conditions that internal control system of HW company is currently facing. The second is the introduction of the influence which internet of things have on the internal control system of the enterprise,making a general analysis of this part. The following is a introduction that the current status of implementation of internet of things for HW company, and described from two aspects--the overall and separate business. Then making a concrete analysis of the problems that HW company internal control system facing under the Internet of things environment.For one thing,it is the analysis that under the environment of the Internet of things what risk will appear respectively from the procurement business cycle,allocation of business cycle, sales cycle three aspects.for another, according to the COSO five elements, exploring the problem of the company's internal control system,and making some cause analysis for these problems.Finally, according to the risk that the previous chapter have analyzed from three business cycle of HW company, as well as the specific issues of internal control, improving each content in detail.Thus making the conclusion that enterprise need to attach the improvement of internal control content under internet of things environment.
