Research On The Action Mechanism Of Government Promoting Venture Capital Institutions To Invest In Early Projects Of Emerging Industries

All the strategic emerging industries as an important industry of our country transformation of the mode of economic growth,has been fully listed in the state for the future development plan.And the present stage on the policy what is venture capital investments strategic emerging industries our country government’s support is relatively limited,the investment policy related to meet emerging industry long-term development of the capital stock is still in the initial stage.So the government department on the question of how to guide and promote the domestic venture capital institutions investing in emerging industries project needs a lot of research as reference.This thesis mainly studies the early action mechanism of government to promote venture capital institutions investment project,by domestic and foreign literature research and field investigation of venture capital institutions,and through the system view to analysis and identify the process of early project factors which government promote venture capital institutions to invest in emerging industries involved in,build the government to promote venture capital institutions investing in emerging industries early action mechanism model of the project.put forward the research hypothesis,and based on Beijing,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shanghai,158 questionnaires of venture capital institutions,and by adopting the method of structural equation model to analysis on the model empirically,to validate assumptions.The main content of this study include the following aspects:First,the construction of a conceptual model and research hypothesis is put forward.First in-depth study summarizes foreign academic achievements,combined with the enterprise interview,put forward the government to promote venture capital institutions of early investment in emerging industries project may involve factors for information platform construction,the current investment funds,the government behavior and policy,expected performance,investment intentions,etc.,based on the theory of TOE build a conceptual model,through theoretical analysis on the relationship between the five variables eight research hypotheses are put forward.Second,the empirical research.Discuss how to measure observed variables,through the questionnaire survey to collect data,assess the reliability and validity of the data,test research hypothesis.Third,the conclusion and prospect.Analysis of eight hypothesis test,the result of the research conclusion,and then expounds the innovation of this article and research,finally puts forward the limitations of this study and make a research prospect.Compared with the existing domestic and foreign related research,this article’s main innovation points embodied in technology-based organization,environment(TOE)model theory,around the internal information platform construction of venture capital institutions,the performance of current investment funds,investment expected estimation and venture capital organizations outside the government behavior and policy factors.To construct the government to promote the process of venture capital institutions investing in emerging industry early projects mechanism model,and based on the empirical analysis of the SEM,reveals the government to promote the influence factors of venture capital institutions investing in emerging industry early projects and its action mechanism,enrich the theory of venture capital system.In this paper,the relevant conclusions can be for the government to promote venture capital institutions investing in emerging industry early projects to provide reference for the establishment of related policies...
