Quality Governance: The Study On Governance Structure And Authority Influence Of Its Members

The emergence of the quality common governance in the quality of academic suggests a new pattern of the quality management is forming.The original quality management system established for a micro subject has been unable to make a scientific explanation of this new quality phenomenon,so a new quality scientific paradigm is needed to be put forward,and that is quality governance.Through the analysis of the research literature,which contains the theories of quality management and its phase evolution,quality governance(methods,industry,and the main body),this paper proves that the quality governance not only has certain research foundation,but also necessity and realistic.Firstly,in order to research the diversity of quality,the paper analyzes the diversity of concepts,methods and the main bodies by the theories of social governance and corporate governance.Secondly,the paper builds the theoretical framework of quality governance,which contains the definition,characteristics,theoretical system and the core content of quality governance,and then researches the members of quality governance by filtering them through the method of statistical analysis,and builds the quality governance structure according to these members.Secondly,quality governance structure is the quality activities that associate members around the enterprise,therefore,how to carry out quality activities of members is our primary issue.The paper makes an empirical analysis to the methods,characteristics,and mainly activities status for the participation members,such as quality authentication institution,industry association,final consumers,downstream firms,and consumers' association,news media and government,so as to show the evidence of participating in quality governance.Thirdly,because of the different way to participate in the quality of enterprise,we don't yet know the status of each member in quality governance structure.Therefore,this paper also analyzes the influence on participating in governance of each member.Based on the evaluation criteria,the paper researches the importance of the members' influence by building hierarchical structure model,surveying questionnaire,building judgment matrix,checking consistency and influence sort.Finally,according to the empirical results,the possible causes is proposed to explain the status of each members in the quality governance structure,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to optimize quality governance.
