Employee is the main body of organization's survival and development,and Employee who realize career success is also the strong guarantee and core resource of organization.So,career success is always used as core capital to culture,develop and utilize vigorously in the organization.With the increase of career success' ability and demand,inevitable turnover phenomenon is in high frequency,which exerts heavy losses and humorous negative influence to the organization.How to reduce career success turnover rate has already become the realistic problem demanding prompt solution faced by organizational managers.Therefore,this paper tries to study the action mechanism of career success on turnover intention,dig out the factors influence turnover intention and put forward relevant suggestions and measures to provide scientific and practical basis for organization making efficient policy,encouraging talent and promoting performance.This paper,firstly,reviews and hackles literatures about career success,turnover intention and related fundamental theory.Then,this paper collects information through individual interview method and applies open coding,spindle coding and selective coding of Methodology to refine the structure model of career success definition standard.Career success definition standard can be divided into 5 dimension structures,included organization competitiveness,individual internal competition ability,individual external competitiveness,intrinsic satisfaction and work-family-life balance respectively.Each dimension also has corresponding sub-dimensions,involved compensation package,development prospect,personality traits,skill enhancement,displaying abilities,power and status,gain recognition,relation network,interests and hobbies,contribution and achievement and work-family-life balance,totally come to 11 items,containing 48 concrete components.The paper combines previous literatures' achievements with structure model to design career success definition standard scale.Subsequently,the paper,on the basis of micro-data from questionnaire,uses statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,factor analysis and logistic model to test research hypothesis.At last,in light of the above research conclusion,the paper offers countermeasures and suggestions.The empirical conclusions as follows:(1)Skill enhancement,displaying abilities,power and status and relation network have positive influence on turnover intention;(2)Development prospect,interests and hobbies,contribution and achievement and work-family-life balance have negative influence on turnover intention;(3)Compensation package,personality traits and gain recognition have no significant influence on turnover intention.The possible innovation points as follows:(1)Previous studies indicated there is most research on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,so this paper selects definition standard of career success as variable to study the effect of it on turnover intention;(2)This paper combines qualitative research and quantitative research.And it applies Methodology to refine the structure model of career success definition standard and statistical methods to test the effect of career success on turnover intention.
