Employee turnover is a common problem to enterprise in market economy society.Reasonable personnel flow is going to be good for the development of enterprise but cautious for the key post employee turnover. With the times changes, 80 and 90 s employee has become the main force in the workplace, the high turnover rate has been revealed, not only in the state-owned, private, and even public servants and institutions, there are varying degrees of staff turnover. 80 and 90 s employee is a special group, different from 60 and 70 s employee.It is necessary to make full sense of characteristics and demands of Chinese new generation employee such as 80 and 90 s, creating a suitable for their management mode to accept and participate in the company’s management activities to retain talent, in order to better development of enterprise, to achieve a win for both individual and enterprise.In this paper, based on the poor career stability and high turnover rate in X enterprise, on the basis of Mobley Theoretical Model, from the aspects of enterprise, individual and social factors, using literature research, questionnaire, comparative analysis, case study method,expert consultation method, etc. the writer is going to explore turnover intention of the new generation of employee and make a suggestion for the management of the enterprise to hang onto its staff and introduce talent.The result from the research firstly shows that wages and bonuses are not enough to retain employee for enterprise, the key way is to enhance their sense of well-being of the enterprise. There are many ways to retain employees, so each enterprise should be combined with their own characteristics, analysis of different types of talent loss reasons, and then targeted to take effective measures. Secondly, enterprise needs to have new ideas, methods,and the system of retaining employee to keep pace with the times, continuing to change,adjust, improve the management of personnel to retain the talent, the high turnover rate will be effectively prevented. |
