Value Assessment Of Biomass Power Generation Enterprises Based On B-S Model

Energy is the material basis of human survival, along with the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy and social demand in these years, the rapid growth of electricity demand in these years, with the shortage of fossil fuels and power supply crisis, in this situation, the development of electric power is constantly facing clean, environmental protection, energy saving, sustainable development, and strive to constantly adjust the power structure, ease fossil fuel supply pressure and meet the growing demand for electricity. In this deep electric power reform, the use of new energy to solve this problem is an important breakthrough. Biomass energy as a new type of clean energy is more and more concerned with the social aspects. The use of biomass energy for power generation can not only solve the problem of local power supply but also can effectively improve the resource and energy structure.Biomass power generation enterprises as the new energy power generation enterprises and the traditional thermal power generation enterprises are greatly different. On the macro enterprises pay more attention to the social benefits, environmental benefits, policy advantages, but also bearing more social responsibility and emission reduction targets; on the micro enterprises, enterprises are no longer simply pursuit of enterprise value and enterprise profit maximization of simple economic people, but more focused on the interests of all aspects of integrated and coordinated. Therefore, the traditional method of enterprise value evaluation can not reflect the particularity of the biomass power generation enterprises.Firstly, this paper expounds the theoretical development and research status of the value assessment of biomass power generation enterprises, and points out the research contents and innovation points of the article. Secondly, it introduces the theory and methods of enterprise value evaluation, based on the analysis of the key of enterprise evaluation. And then, using the B-S model and free cash flow method, scientific and rational analysis of the enterprise characteristics, value type and option characteristics of biomass power generation enterprises,to build biomass power generation enterprise value evaluation model provides the premise condition. The B-S model is used to evaluate the S biomass power generation enterprises. The traditional evaluation method, such as income and free cash flow, underestimate the overall value of biomass power generation enterprises, and underestimate the future profitability and development prospects.
