| Biomass direct combustion power generation occupy a larger market share in China, and itsfrequent loss problems make the plant operation and the country’s new energy plan are facing thedilemma. Foreign research on biomass energy power plant does not comply with the actualsituation of our country, while domestic research bias in empirical analysis rather than theoreticaland empirical research. Thus, this paper finds power problem, provides a method forbiomass power plant to reduce operating costs.Through access to a large number of biomass power generation related literature and fieldinvestigation, this paper analyzes the characteristics and the constitution of biomass powergeneration supply chain inventory of our country, identifies the problem to be solved, the mainproblem is positioned as warehouse scale optimization, warehouse layout design and inventorycontrol in order to reduce operating costs.Based on the above analysis, this paper estimates the biomass power plant fuel demand andsupply, which is a prerequisite to determine the scale of plant warehouse,then establish warehousescale dynamic programming model, based on the optimization results, it design the internalstorage for layout using the SLP method, determine the warehouse structure as wellas parameters of the electronic balance and crane. Subsequently, the optimal plant size limit as aconstraint to establish a multi-biomass inventory control nonlinear programming model, providethe power plant options for inventory control strategy. After the comprehensive research, thispaper established a warehouse scale and inventory control combined with dynamic optimizationmodel, the method is applicable to the newly built power plant.Finally,30MW biomass power plant are analyzed using the method previously proposedmeasure and design, and concludes optimization results.After optimization, warehouse scale saves4%-6%compare the actual, warehouse operations cost savings is about2.8%, which between80-100million,then, according to the size of the warehouse optimized using SLP method to designlayout to meet the requirements. This study is recommended to use the method of stations as awhole order to plants, the stations internal distribution order quantity,Finally,setting safety stocklevels for power plants and the stations is using sensitivity analysis method to determine a certainrange. |
