The Study On The Influencing Factors Of The China's Container Throughput Growth Rate's Slowing Down Under The Shipping Transportation Services

Shipping servive as the demand of goods trades, under the nearly 20 years rapid development, an increase in quantity of goods trade and big demanding of shipment not only directly promote the progress of shipping service, but also rising our country's economy. Container transportation with its powerful function and obvious location advantage increasingly plays an irreplaceable role in ocean shipping service. However, in recently years, customs data show there is an obvious slowdown in the growth rate of China container throughput and even the trend of stagnation. The phenomenon is not adapt to nowadays China's growth of imports and exports goods and shipping capacity. Therefore, to explore the real factors from dropping of growth rate and analysis its causes is the main purpose of this paper.This paper reviews the latest development of research in first part, and then strictly defines the related object of study. Secondly, the mechanism give improved and adjusted theory of trade in service and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the following words. Thirdly, analyze our country's current development situation of container transportation, summarizes six possible factors, through empirical analysis, the result shows that China's trade in goods exports and capacity of infrastructure is the assurance of growth, shipping service competitiveness is the boost of growth, price represented by BDI is the trigger factor of the growth.Based on the four significant causes above empirical results and each deeper analysis. In policy recommendations section, based on the viewpoint of wharf construction, put forward the advice of strengthening the construction of land transportation, the implementation of the authority of the public logistics information platform, developing in the direction of intelligent, standardization, energy conservation and environmental protection; Based on the above shipping exports of goods trade and service trade competitive advantage index analysis, put forward the advice of strengthening policy norms and guidance, promoting deep match between Marine logistics and the Internet, boostering Marine electrical contractor, intensifying in emerging markets to develop recommendations; Based on price fluctuations perspective, put forward the advice of perfecting logistics management mechanism, the government should consider about appropriate subsidies, and strengthen the guidance of preparing strategic cutting-edge talents for the development of Marine logistics industry.
