Qinhuangdao Rural Financial Management Problems And Countermeasures Research

Since the reform and opening up,our country's economic strength has undergone earthshaking transformation.Due to the vigorous support from government,rural collective economy also gains qualitative leap.But the overquick development makes many supporting rural financial management unable to catch up with the rapid development step of economy,therefore many issues and defects are exposed.These issues are urged to be solved in nowadays,including weak rural accounting supervision function,distorted accounting information,unstable accounting basic level,dictatorial behavior and insiders of village accountant,aging of accountants.Agricultural production has been the basis for national economic development since ancient times.Advanced science and technology is the necessary condition for powerfully developing agriculture,but the expanding development of agriculture cannot separate from advanced economic management technology,and the key point of rural economic management is rural financial management.Therefore it is extremely significant to do rural financial management,which not only relates to villagers' interest,intimately connects to party and leaders group,but also relates to the stability of rural society.Strengthening work on rural financial management needs to comprehensively get to know the concept,meaning,principle,content and feature of rural financial management.This paper takes Qinhuangdao rural financial management as research object,conducts field research on rural financial management on multiple villages and towns,village collective economy organizations and rural economic management headquarters in Qinhuangdao and then sorts out the current rural financial management mode,management status and issues in Qinhuangdao through practical cases.This paper also makes analysis on the issues,combines the practical situation of Qinhuangdao and achievements obtained by domestic other collective economy organizations and their defects to seek rural financial management mode suitable for Qinhuangdao and propose effective countermeasures for the current issues.
