In recent years, under the circumstances of our country economy booming, agricultural enterprises also ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. But agricultural enterprises are also facing more and more complex difficult to predict financial risk because of the limitations of itself, such as the nature of industry, weak market pricing power, sensitive to the national macroeconomic regulation and natural environment. It's very important for agricultural enterprises to improve the corporate governance mechanism, strengthen the internal control system, find the estimate the existing or potential risks, and take effective measures to reduce and control the financial risk, in order to ensuring the sustained, healthy and stable development of the agricultural enterprises.Based on the theory of finance control and own view of financial risk control, the author take LT company as an example in this article to study the financial risk assessment and risk control.On the one hand, the study can provide a reference for LT company to take financial risk control measures; On the other hand, can also appeal other companies in the same industry to realize the objectivity of the financial risk, consciously and targeted to strengthen their own financial risk control ability, which has the vital practical significance.Firstly, this article summarize both domestic and foreign scholars'output and theories on financial risk research, conducted a brief overview of financial risks. Secondly, analyze the current operating state and financial condition of LT company to identify it's financial risk. Then, find the causes of financial risk by using assessing tools. Finally, provides reference suggestions and measures, which includes institutional building and behaviors lays about how to standardize the behavior of financial risk control to better promote the company's financial risk assessment and controlling.
