| This thesis conducts a study on the e-commerce application in tourism characteristic towns, analyzes the current e-commerce application status, development mode, existing problems, application trend, countermeasures and suggestions in tourism towns.Take the application of e-commerce in Lishui City Tourism Characteristic Towns as a specific case study, this thesis puts forward suggestions for the improvement of e-commerce application, and constructs the electronic commerce application system, provides a reference scheme for e-commerce application on tourism characteristic towns.The main research methods of this thesis are:(1)literature analysis. With the analysis and summarization of the information retrievedfromlibrary, CNKI and government websites, reports, statement and policy documents from the website of National Tourism Bureau, Tourism Bureau of Zhejiang Province, Lishui City Tourism Commission and the Liandu District brigade committee website, this thesis absorbs basic theoretical concepts on tourism characteristic town e-commerce.(2) questionnaire. This thesis initiates a field investigation on e-commerce development of Liandu District by probing into local tourism authorities and major tourism committees, and analyzes its present development situation and existing problems with first-hand information obtained by inspecting tourism e-commerce developing reality, which perfectly combines theoretical study and practical investigation. Questionnaire is mainly achieved through emails, interviews, and sample surveys and so on. (3) comparison study. Through the comparison of domestic and foreign e-commerce application experience of tourism characteristictowns,the study of e-commerce development around surrounding Brother counties (cities, districts) of Liandu District and interviews with industry experts, this thesis stretches research limitations and provides more useful references to meet the tourism characteristic e-commerce application.The findings of this study are:firstly, the main ways of e-commerce application in tourism characteristic towns are OTA, self-built PC and mobile terminal platform. Tourism characteristic town develops tourism as its leading industry, integrates with e-commerce during development and promotion process. From the beginning of the e-commerce infrastructure, those towns concentrate on the sustainable tourism development and with guidance of the theory of tourism experience and tourism attraction, conduct an in-depth integration with e-commerce application, which opens a new way to small town marketing promotion and becomes "the new engine driving" of small town economic and social development.Secondly, the construction of e-commerceapplication system of tourism characteristic small town.The e-commerce application system of tourism characteristic small town is a complete industry link involvingconstruction, operation, management, marketing, promotion, feedback and so on. This thesismakes an analysis on the e-commerce application of tourism characteristic small town in Lishui City, especially takes GuYanHuaXiang as a case study, concludes a path of e-commerce application system construction, including the construction of system framework, network system, service platform, terminal services, information system terminal, management system and infrastructure, offering feasible reference for tourism characteristic small town development.The innovations of this thesis are:(1) this thesis constructs thee-commerce application system of tourism characteristicstown, which provides reference for local government to promote tourism e-commerce development; (2) the focus of this thesis is different from the previous literature. Previous literature focuses on the study of tourism town planning, industry structure, developing energy or small town informatization construction;however, this thesis analyzes the practical e-commerce applicationin tourism characteristic small town. |
