In recent years, along with China's national conditions of fundamental change,institutional transition and social transformation, our country a greater support for small and medium enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprise management mode is facing great changes.And one of the crucial one : assessment of performance evaluation,as one of enterprise human resources management, is of great significance to enterprise's survival and development.In order to enhance their core competitiveness, in order to enhance its competitive advantage, need to continuously introduce new performance evaluation.It is well known that the human brain is very complex and wonderful a processing system, he has a remarkable memory and association, and the BP artificial neural network is by imitating the neuron structure and function of the brain, to deal with complex logic and correctly achieve the purpose of the nonlinear relationship.evaluation system, which ultimately enable enterprises to obtain greater profits.This paper firstly summarizes some of the traditional methods of performance evaluation, and analyses some theories of neural network algorithm and the corresponding mathematical,and then establishes the index system for performance evaluation of enterprise's marketing team, then it proposes a performance evaluation model of enterprise's marketing team members based on BP neural network,In MATLAB tool, using BP artificial neural network has become the first choice to solve the problem of many nonlinear in recent years, using the BP artificial neural network technology to the performance evaluation of the found out the factors of each index and owned by the nonlinear relation between evaluation results, to avoid artificial weights and calculate the correlation coefficient of bigger error, can make the evaluation results more objective.
