Risk Management Of Investment And Financing Of XXX Group Under The Combination Of Industry And Finance

With the development of the global economy,the manufacturing industry has become increasingly slow,some manufacturing industry has penetrated into the financial industry,which has produced a model of the combination of production and financing.As the financing of the group,the risk of investment and financing is also gradually increasing.Comprehensive risk management(COSO)is a kind of modern popular concern and application of risk management methods,a lot of enterprises have to be concerned about.At present,how to effectively control the risk management of investment and financing under the background of the effective control has become a problem to be solved.At present,there is little research on the risk management of the investment and financing activities of the group.So it is important to introduce the idea of COSO risk management into the group investment and financing,improve the risk management,improve the internal control system,and promote the integration of the group's production and financial development.This paper studied the topic by combining literature research and case analysis.First,the review on the research on risk management,investment and financing mode at home and abroad in this paper,lay a foundation for the following case analysis,to provide theoretical support.After the field know XXX group case,this paper with melting under the background of XXX group investment and financing activities,to analyze its risk management present situation,pointed out the main shortcomings of its risk management exist:(1)the investment and financing activities management system defects;(2)to strengthen the financial risk and systemic financial risk management;(3)moral risk and legal risk is not enough;(4)the risk of investment and financing activities is not easy to identify;(5)response to the risk of execution is not strong sense;(6)internal control information communication channel not free,(7)supervision system is not sound and analysis,etc.Light of the defects in the XXX group investment and financing activities,risk management,based on the COSO risk management theory,put forward to:(1)establish and improve the investment and financing activities management system;(2)try to avoid financial risk and systematic risk;(3)strengthen internal personnel's level of morality and law consciousness;(4)from the multiple perspectives analysis risk exists;(5)internal control throughout the investment and financing activities;(6)and improve the information channel of communication and feedback mechanism;(7)to further strengthen and perfect the supervision system elements suchas optimization.Finally,XXX group small loan companies,asset management companies,investment funds,joint-stock Banks,financial risk management of the company made a further exploration activities design.
