Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Management Of H Company

With the increasingly fierce market competition and the ever-changing business environment,higher requirements are placed on the development of enterprises.Enterprises need to continuously improve their management level and comprehensive strength to cope with such severe challenges.Financial management plays an important role in the operation and management of enterprises.Through the analysis and research of the financial management status of enterprises,problems in the financial management of enterprises can be found,and the problems found in time can be adjusted and improved,which can promote the financial management level of enterprises.The improvement,and thus the overall management level and comprehensive strength of the enterprise,to develop in the increasingly fierce and complex market competition.Therefore,researching the financial management status of enterprises plays an important role in promoting enterprises to achieve sustainable development.This paper takes H company as a case study,analyzes the specific problems existing in H company's financial management,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to promote the further improvement of H company's financial management level.This article will be studied from five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research status,research content and methods.The second part is related to the basic theory,mainly to explain the relevant theoretical knowledge of financial management.The third part is the status quo of financial management of H company.It conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of the financial management status of H company from financing activities,investment activities,operational activities and distribution activities,and understands and masters the financial management status of H company.The fourth part is the problems in the financial management of H company.The results of comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis evaluate the financial management status of H company,find the problems in the company's financial management,and analyze the causes of the existing problems.The fifth part is to solve the countermeasures of H company's financial management problems.Based on the problems found,combined with the reasons for the problems,it puts forward suggestions for improvement in financialmanagement,and provides some reference for company managers.
