| As the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the innovation activities among enterprises tend to make joint innovation. The formation of innovation network has brought new opportunities and challenges for innovative enterprises, and it has become an effective way to get the core technology. From the perspective of the whole society, the formation of innovation networks can help to spillover and transfer among enterprises, and it can improve the technical level and knowledge stocks of the industry sector. So, the technology spillover of innovation network has important theoretical and practical significance, and it’s necessary to study the technology spillover mechanism of innovation network. As the biggest source of information of technical field, patent information is a research method commonly used in the study of technology spillover. By combining patented measurement methods to mining and analysis patent information is an effective way to study technology spillover mechanism.This paper defines the concept of industrial innovation network and technology spillover among innovative network. Analytical methods of patent coupling and patent citation in patent metering used in this paper and content are discussed. On the basis of patent metering, we build a analysis process of technology spillover mechanism among innovation network from four links:data preparation, patent coupling analysis and visualization, technology spillover analysis and visualization, technology spillover mechanism analysis. Finally, select the flat panel display technology to empirical research. Select the patent data in 25 years from 1990 to 2014 in this field as basis and divide every five years as a period time. Combine the methods of patent coupling analysis, patent citation analysis, social network analysis to analyze the technology spillover feature between technology subjects respectively from the view of technology spillover cyclical, individual and group.The result shows that, in terms of the whole flat panel display technology, the technical contact is getting closer, the technical turnover is becoming faster, the aging effect of advanced technologies become shorter, the time of obtaining advanced technologies for technical subjects is shorten and the period of technology spillover becomes shorter. From the perspective of individual, there are technical subjects who are always in the heart of technology spillover, most subjects’positions change frequently; the scope of technology spillover becomes more widely and contact with other subjects commonly, but the technology spillover strength is not strong. From the perspective of group, the overflow has differences between groups. There are stable technology spillover group, there are also frequent changes in technology overflow groups. Inside the group, there are subjects who spillover more to their own group, there are also subjects who spillover more to other groups. Technology spillover subjects show a wide range features in the evolution of innovation network. The research of the technology spillover mechanism of the global innovation network evolution in specific areas provides important intelligence information for technology subjects to identify advanced technology, enhance the technical capacity and make development strategies. |
