Research On The Influence Of Guide Services Quality For The Development Of Da Nang Tourism

Government should pay more attention on tourism because it is not only bring high GDP, but also promote the other industries developed. Vietnam was used to be one of the countries in Southeast Asia which come from the industry and construction property which developed on agriculture, forestry, and fishery. However, in recent years, tourism turns into a crucial factor of Vietnam's economic and society. Following the development of Vietnam tourism industry, Danang is not only attracting more and more tourists, but also updating the service quality. So far, tourism and sport industries are known as Danang's main development; but it is still a challenge in order to meet the need of modern tourists, improving the growth rate of visitors each year and service quality are necessary.According to Japan Tourism expert TuJing said: "any industry represe ntative business in the tourism industry is the quality of tour guide service". Tour guide service quality is an important factor in the development of the tourism industry. Therefore, how to create tourist satisfaction, increase number as well as quality of tour guide service has an important significance in the present.In this dissertation, we first introduce Danang tourism industry through tour program and tour guide quality, research background and purpose. We use the literature research and empirical research for our method and ideas. Clearly all the theory involve to tour guide quality, basic mission and function of tour guide; as well as the role of government for guiding the development of Vietnam tourism industry included inbound and outbound in order to continuing on the trend of modern tourist foundation.Secondly, examine the statistic and analysis the influence between tour guide service quality and Danang's tourism service quality change and challenge for improving and fixing all the problems and cause. The main problems are presented in four aspects: the government's supervision over the quality of service of the tour guide, the tour guide salary system, the tour guide training and the quality of tourguides.Finally, according to the four problems existed in the quality of tour g uide service and abroad tour guides or guide's service quality, the counter measures and experience for reference, combined with the current tourist human resources development discusses the Da Nang City Guide's service quality, countermeasures and suggestions.In this dissentation, the author proposes the strategies and suggestions in to order provide useful reference for decision-making of Da Nang city and Vietnam tour guide service quality so as to be able to compete in the Asia's tourism market.
