Secondly, for researching of the necessity and feasibility issues of Northern Anhui to undertake Yangtze River Delta industrial transfer, I first start from the internal and external factors, and then find the lack of resources and talents, then take the initiative Northern Anhui to undertake research Yangtze River Delta’s strengths and weaknesses, to undertake a profound understanding of the Yangtze River Delta industrial transfer the opportunities and challenges.
