Laos Mining Policy Development Promotion Research

Lao mining development has made great contributions to Laos economy, but the existing problems in the development of Laos mining is increasingly obvious. This paper introduced the development situation of the Laos mining, and analyzed Laos current problems of mining industry development policy. The problems were nonstandard management,environmental pollution damage, low labor quality poor infrastructure,etc. This paper analyzed the causes of the existing problems of Laos mining development, mainly imperfect legal system, environmental management ability is limited, not higher in the talents training. At the same time, This paper analyzed China's mining industry development policy, and summarized the mining development experiences and lessons and enlightenment to Laos. Finally, this paper put forward related Suggestions to perfect the Laos mining development policy, namely innovative management style, to speed up the legislation, strengthen the protection of ecological environment, strengthen personnel training, and improve the infrastructure construction.
